Complete a HYROX Race

HYROX is a standardised indoor fitness race that alternates eight one-kilometre runs with eight functional workout stations. The same basic sequence is used at events around the world, giving the finish time a clear meaning. It combines endurance, strength and event-day atmosphere in a challenge with an unambiguous finish line. The stations test movements such as pushing, pulling, carrying, rowing and repeated bodyweight work, but the exact rules, loads and divisions are controlled by HYROX and can change between seasons. Read the current rulebook for your event before training. Open, Pro, Doubles and Relay formats provide different ways to take part. This is a demanding event rather than a first fitness session. Build running volume and station technique progressively, practise transitions, plan food and hydration, and use coaching if unfamiliar with the equipment. Book the correct division, check cut-offs and prohibited equipment, and disclose relevant health concerns to an appropriate professional before beginning a hard training plan. The race itself commonly takes roughly one to three hours, while preparation may take several months. Complete the activity by crossing the finish line of an official HYROX race in your booked division with a valid recorded result.
