Try Outdoor Rock Climbing or Abseiling

Natural rock does not colour-code the answer. You stand below a line of edges and cracks, hear the rope move through the system and begin to discover a route shaped by weather rather than by a setter's plan. For a first day, book a suitably qualified instructor who can choose an appropriate crag and teach movement, communication, helmets, harnesses and the protection system in use. Abseiling is a separate technical skill, not a shortcut around learning anchors and rope management. Check the forecast and local access restrictions, disclose relevant medical or mobility needs and use the instructor's approved equipment. Loose rock, changing friction, cliff edges and mistakes at anchors can be severe hazards, so never copy an unsupervised setup from a video. Count it complete after making one supervised ascent or descent and taking part in the safety checks. Add it if you want a physical problem whose solution appears one careful movement at a time.
